The Babel Group is currently organized into three companies; Babel K.K. (Tokyo), Babel Staff Co. (Tokyo), and Babel Corporation (Hawaii, USA). Each respective company has its uniqueness; the group operationally integrates the uniqueness and offer a variety of business services to support global communication.

Babel K.K. (Babel Inc.) works in the areas of translator development, translation services, and publishing. Developing comprehensive translation service activities, it is a leader in the translation industry in Japan.

In the educational division, Babel University has pioneered its own unique translation technology known as Translation Grammar, and sends translators with highly competitive skills into the business world. The Trans-Media Center is a place where students who have completed their studies can enhance their translation skills as professional translators, thus responding to the needs of the industry. In addition, in the publishing division Babel Press continues to disseminate information through its monthly magazine e-TRANS,and other various event activities.
